# Dissable "Rescuetime has started and is in your tray notification"

How do I dissable this annoying message on startup without dissabling all my notifications for rescuetime. I cant find any option anywhere.

Hi Andrew,

We don’t have a way to disable that notification only - for our specific functionality, we are required to put a notification when the app starts.
