How do I stop RescueTime from telling me I’m multi-tasking? The focus work I’m doing requires me to tab between applications and it’s annoying to be told I’m distracted when I’m really not.

Hey @sharon_duke! Great question. You can stop this by turning off your distraction alerts. You can do on your [distraction](https://www.rescuetime.com/rtx/reports/distractions) page or on the [alert settings](https://www.rescuetime.com/rtx/settings/alerts) page. Please let us know if you run into any issues.
