I have an issue with how to categorize Zoom because it serves me both as a tool for meetings and for focus work.
Is there a way to make it appear both?

If you look at Zoom on your Meetings page—Sign in to RescueTime
You’ll see this modal pop up if you click on it:
Click on Other Work and you’ll have the option to change it to Focus Work.
However, it is a meeting app. For example, sometimes it is used as a regular (neither focus nor other work) meeting app, sometimes it is used for pair programming which is focus work.
With your suggestion, I will see more focused work than I actually did, right? Did I misunderstand?
