I would like to ask rescuetime to improve their communication with community.
I’ve mentioned in the past, that there is lack of information from Rescuetime about the product. I’ve no idea what if anything was improved in months, and what are plans in the future.
- there are not new release notes in Change Log in 8 months
- planned / in progress tickets haven’t been updated in years, so thats clear out of date information
- there isn’t any feedback on user tickets on FeatureOs page or this forum from Rescue Time team, so giving any feedback or bug reports feels like waste of time.
Email support might be better, but that’s clearly not scalable as community support. Honestly from outside RescueTime is hard to differentiate from death product.
