PWAs not being tracked

I use the Brave browser, set up with RescueTime as suggested in the support docs for Chromium apps. I have certain websites (e.g. Gmail, Todoist) set up as progressive web apps that run in a separate window. RescueTime doesn’t seem to track time for these, or if it does it’s only listed as time in the Brave browser.

Are there any settings to fix this? Do PWAs work with RescueTime in the supported Chrome browser?

FYI, those websites are tracked okay when open as tabs in a regular Brave window, but not when running as a PWA.
