Unable to Sync Since April 21, 2026

Is anyone else having issues syncing at all at the moment? The app is crashing, too. I’m on Android and Windows (Edge), and nothing seems to be working, but there is no known outage?

I am also having issues with it. On 22nd it failed to track 80% of my activity and only showed “Firefox” as usage instead of actual web pages.
Today(23rd), there is no data at all being fetched.

I’m having the problem you describe, Tom! With all activity just tracked as “Firefox”! I thought it was the company being greedy restricting free plans… but it might be a bug. I’ve seen activity not being tracked once before and they fixed it in 1 or 2 days (untracked days were also restored!), so I trust the developers in that regard :folded_hands:t2:

Yeah, the System Status page now shows that there is an issue with degraded log processing, seems like they are working on it.

The System Status page shows all green but the new reports I have are still less detailed for Firefox than they were before. The data is there, but it’s not being displayed correctly.

This was a separate issue related to the latest version of Firefox. While we also had a period of slow data processing last week, this Firefox issue can be addressed by installing the RescueTime Firefox extension (until we are able to send an app update)
