Unable to Sync Since Nov 7th

Multiple users are reporting an issue syncing activity since November 7th, at roughly 3pm EST.

Multiple operating systems are being reported.

I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times and tried on different devices, all with the same results.

Can someone from RescueTime please look into this or advise?

Some additional details from the debug screen:

Current Status: unknown error, contact admin
Last Successful Send: Invalid Time (23:59:59)

Same here. Current Status temporarily went back to normal after I restarted the app, but the sync problem remains, and the error reappears eventually.

Yep - same problem here - I assume that are aware of the problem - but it would be nice if someon acknowlded there was a issue.

Yup. Same here. The app is working and registering inputs, but they’re not being sent to the server since the 7th at 23:59.

I have the same issue. None of my three macs have logged any time even though I used some of them during the weekend. Last activity logged was on Friday Nov 7th

+1 - On a Windows machine, I’ve not been tracking time since Friday 7th as far as I can tell.
